A 3-month person-centred programme that combines coaching, training and meditation to help creatives build a sustainable, balanced and fulfilling life.
This programme requires a minimum 3-month commitment to create meaningful, lasting change, with the option to extend if you’d like deeper long-term support.
This work is not suitable for people looking for quick fixes or anyone unwilling to reflect on habits or behaviour. It’s designed for individuals who want to grow, make changes that last and build a healthier, more balanced creative life.

Initial Discovery Call
A relaxed conversation to understand where you are, what you’re navigating and what you’re hoping to change. We explore your goals, your creative world and whether the coaching is the right fit.
Life in Balance Deep Dive
Together we map out the key areas of your life - mind, body, habits, environment, performance and creative rhythm. This gives you a clear picture of what’s working, what’s not and where you’ll get the most meaningful results.
Personalised Coaching Journey
You start a tailored programme built around coaching, training, meditation and the wider Ecology of Practices. Each step is designed to help you build balance, strengthen resilience and support sustainable creativity fitting realistically into your day-to-day life.
What’s Included
The programme is designed to support deep, sustainable change by combining coaching, training and meditation into one integrated system. You’re guided through a clear structure that adapts to your life, your creative rhythm and the challenges you’re navigating.
Each week you’ll receive a personalised blend of coaching, training and meditation, delivered in-person, online, or a mix of both depending on what’s practical and what works best for your life. Every session is tailored to your needs, energy levels and creative rhythm, ensuring you get the right support at the right time.
