Coaching
LifeCoaching is a collaborative exploration of possibilities – a space to understand yourself more deeply, create meaningful change and build a life that feels aligned with who you are and the art you want to bring into the world.
Coaching is not about being told what to do. You already hold the answers you’re looking for – they’re often hidden beneath the noise, pressure and pace of everyday life. In our sessions we slow down, step back and look at your life from a wider perspective. Through open, honest and compassionate dialogue, we uncover clarity, direction and the truth beneath your patterns, habits and decisions.
My approach blends science, philosophy and spirituality to support you as a whole person – mind, body and life. I draw from systems thinking to understand the bigger picture, Wayshaping to create realistic behaviour change, IFS to explore the mind, and Stoicism, Zen and Buddhist philosophy to bring deeper balance and wisdom into your daily life. Coaching becomes a space for reflection, exploration and practical action – a place where you can express the real story of your life and begin shaping the path ahead with intention.
Coaching adapts fully to your context and creative rhythm. Every person’s life has its own pace, constraints and emotional landscape. We meet you exactly where you are, explore what’s most present, and then work through the highest-leverage shifts that will bring you the most energy, clarity and balance. The deeper you understand yourself, the easier life becomes – and the richer, more authentic and more expansive your creative work becomes.
What We Do in Coaching Sessions
Each session begins with grounding and centring practices to bring you back into your body and create a calm, reflective state. From there, we explore what’s most present in your life – a challenge, a cycle, an emotional pattern or a decision. Through Socratic inquiry, tailored questioning and practical exercises, we uncover clarity and design changes aligned with your goals, wellbeing and creative rhythm. Everything is personalised to your life, supported by structured and practical tools drawn from the Life in Balance framework.
How Coaching Helps You
Coaching brings immediate clarity, groundedness and self-awareness. Psychologically, it strengthens emotional regulation, reduces overthinking and deepens your understanding of yourself. Practically, it improves your wellbeing across sleep, nutrition, movement and daily routine, while helping you align your behaviours with the life you want to build.
For creativity, coaching helps you enter deeper creative states by improving your energy, building intentional rituals and working through inner blocks like self-doubt and criticism. Long-term, it develops emotional resilience, internal stability and a stronger, more balanced mind and body. Coaching becomes an anchor that helps you navigate the natural chaos, pressure and turbulence of creative life with more confidence, calm and direction
Training
BODYTraining the body goes far beyond appearance – it’s one of the most impactful things you can do for your health, and the deeper you connect to your body, the more intuition, balance and creativity you access.
Training with me is about preparing your body for life - for the demands of creativity, the realities of your schedule and the future you want to live into. Your programme adapts daily to your energy, environment and responsibilities, and we train with a long-term vision in mind: to help you do what you love for as many decades as possible.
My approach blends sports science, systems thinking, philosophy and embodiment to create a way of training that strengthens both your physical capacity and your inner world. Through this work, you build strength, intuition, resilience and presence - a balanced body and mind capable of navigating the inevitable ups and downs of life with clarity, confidence and ease.
What We Do in Training Sessions
Training sessions take place either in my Soho studio, online from home, or on your own through guided online instruction. You’ll work across three core pillars – strength, movement and aerobic training – each selected to match your goals, energy and schedule. Together, these create a balanced, adaptable programme that builds a strong, capable and resilient body over time.
How Training Helps You
Training improves every layer of your health – from metabolic function, hormone balance and stress resilience to mood, energy and long-term wellbeing. As you strengthen and connect more deeply to your body, you develop greater intuition, embodiment and emotional clarity, allowing you to move through life with more confidence, presence and ease. This is the deeper impact of training: a body and mind that work together to support your creativity, your lifestyle and your long-term potential.
Meditation
MindMeditation goes far beyond calm – it is a transformative practice that reshapes how you think, feel and create. When taken seriously, it becomes one of the most powerful ways to build clarity, presence and true creative freedom.
Meditation is mind training in the same way strength work is physical training. It teaches you to see reality more clearly, break the patterns of self-doubt and overthinking, and cultivate the mental autonomy to focus on what you want, when you want. Through this practice, you begin to perceive your thoughts and emotions objectively rather than being consumed or controlled by them.
My approach draws from the Buddha’s teachings, Vipassana meditation, Taoist influence and modern neuroscience. We begin by training attention through awareness of the breath, then move into awareness of the body and deeper insight practices. Over time, you discover that meditation is not something done only in stillness – it becomes a quality of presence you carry into every moment of life.
Meditation integrates science, philosophy and spirituality:
Science shows us how the brain changes – reducing activity in the default mode network, strengthening the systems responsible for focus, emotional regulation and attention.
Philosophy teaches us to move off autopilot, become more conscious and develop agency over how we live.
Spirituality deepens your relationship with yourself and naturally extends into greater patience, compassion and kindness toward others.
This practice meets you exactly where you are. Some days feel calm and clear; others feel chaotic or difficult. Both are valuable. Meditation helps you recognise your current nervous-system state and teaches you how to self-regulate, making you more effective in your work, relationships and creative process. Over months of consistent practice, you develop qualities like equanimity, presence and emotional steadiness that shape every part of your life.
What We Do in Meditation Sessions
Each session begins with a guided meditation rooted in Vipassana and awareness-based techniques. You’ll learn practices such as breathing awareness, body scanning, open monitoring and insight meditation. These become your weekly practices and evolve over the programme as your capacity grows.
While the technique itself is universal, your routine - when, where, how long and the challenges you face - is personalised to your life, context and creative rhythm. Reflective tools and journaling may also be included where useful, especially for neurodivergent creatives who benefit from movement, structure and pragmatic guidance.
How Meditation Helps You
Meditation strengthens the functional capacity of your mind. It quiets rumination, increases awareness of thoughts and emotions, and improves your ability to focus without being pulled into distraction. Psychologically, it reduces overthinking, cultivates presence and helps you see situations with more clarity and objectivity.
For creativity, meditation enhances flow state, intuition and emotional freedom by dissolving the mental noise that blocks expression. Long-term, it builds emotional resilience, deepens self-understanding and improves relationships through increased compassion, calm and grounded awareness. Most importantly, meditation helps you navigate the chaos and pressure of creative life with more ease, clarity and confidence.
