Life in Balance is my flagship 3-month programme that brings together coaching, training and meditation to help creatives build a sustainable, grounded and fulfilling life.
This programme requires a minimum 3-month commitment to create meaningful, lasting change, with the option to extend if you’d like deeper long-term support.
This work is not suitable for people looking for quick fixes or anyone unwilling to reflect on habits or behaviour. It’s designed for individuals who want to grow, make changes that last and build a healthier, more balanced creative life.

Coaching is a collaborative exploration of your inner and outer world – a space to understand yourself more deeply, see your life with greater clarity and build meaningful change that fits your real context.

Training
Training builds far more than physical strength – it strengthens your entire life. My approach blends sports science, movement, aerobic conditioning and embodiment to help you build a capable, resilient body that supports your creative rhythm, energy and long-term wellbeing.

Meditation
Meditation is mind training – a transformative practice that reshapes how you think, feel and create. My method draws from Buddhism, Vipassana, Taoist influence and neuroscience to help you steady your mind, regulate your nervous system and see reality more clearly.

Online Programme & Education
Your weekly online plan gives you structure, clarity and tailored support, no matter where you are in the world. You’ll also gain access to education modules on the essentials of health, sleep, nutrition and mental wellbeing to help you build a more balanced life.

Develop a grounded, sustainable way of living by strengthening the foundations of health: movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery and emotional regulation.
Alongside this, you’ll deepen the relationship you have with yourself – understanding your patterns, clarifying your values and learning to navigate life’s inevitable challenges with more ease.
You’ll also learn the scientific and philosophical principles of balance – from dopamine and nervous-system regulation to Zen, Buddhist and Stoic wisdom applied to modern creative life.

You’ll work with me each week through a blend of coaching, training and meditation. Sessions are either in-person or online depending on your location and schedule, and your programme adapts to the demands of your creative life – travel, gigs, deadlines, irregular hours. You’ll also receive a personalised weekly flexible structure, ongoing WhatsApp support and tools to help you build a balanced, sustainable rhythm.

Clients experience clearer thinking, better emotional regulation, improved sleep, more energy, a stronger body and deeper creative flow. Over 12 weeks you build a foundation of balance – physically, mentally and creatively – and develop tools you can use long after the programme ends. The goal is not quick fixes, but lasting change that fits who you are and how you live. Providing you with the insights, methods and tools.

Not at all. Everything is tailored to your starting point. Training is adapted to your ability, meditation is taught step-by-step, and coaching meets you exactly where you are. Many of the creatives I work with are beginners in one or more of these practices – the programme is built to guide you, not overwhelm you.

Very. This is the reality of the creative world, and your plan is built around it. If you're touring, working late, or moving between projects, your weekly structure shifts with you. There’s always a Plan A, B and C – and the aim is to create balance within your lifestyle, not away from it.

No. This programme is not therapy and does not replace clinical or medical support. What I offer is a person-centred approach that integrates coaching, training, meditation and behaviour change to support balance, resilience and wellbeing.
