My approach is person-centred at its core. I meet you exactly where you are, understand what you’re navigating, and build a plan around your real life, your creative rhythm, and the way you naturally work. It’s practical, grounded, and tailored to you.

I work with individuals across three interconnected areas: coaching, training and meditation. Coaching supports your mindset, habits and overall wellbeing. Training develops physical strength, energy and resilience. Meditation builds presence, clarity and emotional steadiness. Together, they create a holistic system that supports your creative life, your health and the way you move through the world.

LIFE

Coaching is a collaborative exploration of your inner and outer world – a space to understand yourself more deeply, see your life with greater clarity and build meaningful change that fits your real context. I combine Wayshaping, complexity science, IFS, philosophy and behavioural science to help you uncover what’s beneath the noise, understand your patterns and design a balanced path that feels true to who you are.

Together we cultivate a clearer, calmer and more grounded way of living where your creativity flows more freely because you’re no longer fighting your own mind.

BODY

Training builds far more than physical strength – it strengthens your entire life. My approach blends sports science, movement, aerobic conditioning and embodiment to help you build a capable, resilient body that supports your creative rhythm, energy and long-term wellbeing. We train for life, not aesthetics: adapting sessions to your schedule, stress, energy and the realities of your world.

Through focused movement you’ll build a body that feels strong, intuitive and aligned with everything you want to experience – from performing at your best to navigating life with confidence and ease.

MIND

Meditation is mind training – a transformative practice that reshapes how you think, feel and create. My method draws from Buddhism, Vipassana, Taoist influence and neuroscience to help you steady your mind, regulate your nervous system and see reality more clearly. We keep the practice accessible and grounded so you can use it anywhere, even on your busiest days.

With consistent practice you’ll create greater presence, emotional balance, intuition and creative freedom – a mind that can focus when it matters and remain calm in the chaos of creative life.
