6 Capacity Per Session

Programme Structure

  • Initial Discovery Call

    A short conversation to understand your team, goals, and schedule, followed by a taster session to assess fit and experience the training.

  • Pilot Training Block

    A 4–6 week small-group training block designed around your team’s needs, availability, and experience levels.

  • Review & Ongoing Programme

    We review outcomes, gather feedback, and refine the programme into an ongoing training rhythm if it’s a good fit.

  • Tom has been my trainer for over 7 years. During lockdown we moved on-line and since then I have had a combination of on-line and in-person sessions with him. I see Tom twice a week and always feel I am in safe hands. He has a focused and purposeful approach to training, keeping track of everything we do (so I don't) and varying the sessions to keep them fresh. He is also very attentive to how I feel on any particular day and will adjust accordingly. Despite getting older (the "wrong" side of 50) I am still getting stronger - a testament to his approach. I would thoroughly recommend Tom - he is a first class coach.

  • I primarily work with creatives, but I support anyone who wants to become healthier, fitter, and more confident in their body or train toward a specific goal. My experience ranges from ballet dancers and professional footballers to people preparing for their first marathon, as well as those simply wanting to feel better in daily life.

  • Clients experience clearer thinking, better emotional regulation, improved sleep, more energy, a stronger body and deeper creative flow. Together you build a foundation of balance – physically, mentally and creatively – and develop tools you can use long after the programme ends. The goal is not quick fixes, but lasting change that fits who you are and how you live. Providing you with the insights, methods and tools.

  • The core goals are strength, mobility, posture, and sustainable habits. Alongside training, we can also work on sleep, stress management, nutrition foundations, and daily routines so your progress continues outside the gym. Whatever your specific goal and context we will work on that together.

  • Most people see the best results with one to three sessions per week, depending on goals, schedule, and budget. Programmes are flexible, and you will also receive guidance on what to do between sessions.

  • Yes. Training times are designed around busy London schedules, with early morning, lunchtime, and evening sessions available. The aim is to make consistent training realistic rather than something that adds more stress.
