My approach is person-centred at its core. I meet you exactly where you are, understand what you’re navigating, and build a plan around your real life, your creative rhythm, and the way you naturally work. It’s practical, grounded, and tailored to you.
I work with individuals across three interconnected areas: coaching, training and meditation. Coaching supports your mindset, habits and overall wellbeing. Training develops physical strength, energy and resilience. Meditation builds presence, clarity and emotional steadiness. Together, they create a holistic system that supports your creative life, your health and the way you move through the world.

Behaviour change is never linear, and it’s rarely simple. That’s why I use a framework called Wayshaping - an approach that recognises the complexity of human behaviour and the many layers that influence how we live, work and create.
Together, we look at your real life, your environment and your patterns, then design strategies that actually fit your world. It’s practical, personalised, and built to create sustainable change, not short-term motivation.

Your body is the foundation you create from. My training approach blends strength, mobility and conditioning in a way that supports both your physical health and your creative performance.

Meditation
MIND
Meditation is one of the most transformative practices to improve every aspect of your life. From being more present in life to clarity, nervous system regulation and creative depth. My approach is grounded in Buddhism and Vipassana meditation.
We keep the practice practical and accessible, so you can use it to focus better, stay calm under pressure and access deeper intuition in your work.
